Aug 28, 2015 link: If you like my video please Subscribe and like my video:) My Other Videos: How to Free Download Youtube Videos in HD, 2K, 4K. I've tried putting dinput8.dll in my GTA San Andreas directory folder but it's still not working. OS: Windows 8 64-bit.
I have an extremely odd situation with my mouse and GTA: San Andreas-My left/right mouse buttons and the mouse wheel will not work ingame, nor on the menu. I can move the pointer as normal (in the menu), but I cannot fire (a.k.a left mouse button) use crosshairs (a.k.a right mouse button) or select a weapon (a.k.a mouse wheel). Most annoying of all, I cannot move the camera-though I can move the pointer in the menu, I cannot move the camera (a.k.a moving the pointer) ingame. As I mentioned above, this is present in only ingame and the games menu-the second I exit out of SA, I can click and scroll as usual. I've checked all the game options; nothing there seems to be causing the problem, and I've tried three different mice-so far, this has baffled me. I would greatly appreciate any help/info on this problem that will help solve it, as this problem has rendered the game unplayable! Thanks in advance.Posted by6 years ago

Hey guys, I got a new high end computer and was very excited to play some games without any lag, San Andreas being one of them. Unfortunately, when trying to run the game, it works, but the mouse doesn't, so I can't move around Carl or the camera, I'm stuck with just the keyboard. I tried downloading. Dell file the supposed fixes it, but it didn't work. I also tried running it in compatibility mode, but I didn't have an option for it anywhere for some reason.
This bug seems to be a common issue for Windows 8.
Any help would be appreciated, so thanks in advance! :)
